Privacy Policy

This page explains what information the planner customization tool collects, why, and how long it is kept.

What we collect

• Etsy order number and the name you enter — to confirm with Etsy that you bought the planner. We check the name against your order but do not store it.
• Order details from Etsy — the product and quantity purchased, and whether the order was refunded.
• Your design choices — stored as a one-way fingerprint so re-downloading the same design is free.
• A one-way hash of your IP address — to prevent abuse. We never store your IP address itself.

How we use it

Only to verify your purchase, count your remaining customizations, generate your PDF, and prevent misuse. We do not sell your data, send marketing emails, or use it for advertising.

License ID in your PDF

Each PDF contains an invisible code derived from your order number. It cannot be reversed into your personal data, but it lets us identify the source of a file that is shared without permission.

How long we keep it

Order and generation records are kept for as long as you may need to re-download your planner, and deleted at the latest 24 months after purchase. Sign-in sessions expire after 1 hour and download links after 5 minutes.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in for up to 1 hour. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

Under GDPR and KVKK you can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted. Please message us through Etsy (Purchases > your order > Contact shop).
